African cotton rust mud cloth pillow, handmade in dark rust and cream geometric design in a distinctive tribal pattern

These handmade rust mud cloth pillow covers have been lined to enhance their appearance, for stability and to reduce stress on the fabric. Our Mud cloths have been gently washed several times before the pillow covers are constructed.

REVERSE IS SEWN IN AN OFF WHITE FINE 100% COTTON TWILL

All African mud cloth pillows are unique one-of-a-kind. Variations in pattern and minor imperfections should be expected. Authentic Mali Mud cloth or Bògòlanfini is made almost entirely by hand and comprised of 6″- 8″ panels. Handwoven and crafted mud cloth is 100% cotton fabric made in West Africa. The finished mud cloth textile may have discolorations, pattern variations, minor paint smudges, or pulls at seams where panels are sewn together. These imperfections are unique to each piece and inherent to the style and age of the textile and only enhance the individual nature of the pillow covers.

We try to photograph our African Mud cloth pillow covers to reflect the actual colours however colour values may be displayed differently on some computer monitors.
